MOUNTAIN BIKING: Parker Canyon Lake Perimeter (pclp)

← AZ SANTA CRUZ RIVER NOGALES AZ Single Tracks →

Description

Tight technical trail that traces the Parker Canyon Lake shore. I reccomend riding this trail counter-clockwise (heading north from the starting point near the store), this will allow you to have a good cool down on the smooth section at the end. Trail is filled with mostly rocky obstacles to clear and a few roots and fallen trees! Very fun ride!! Area is full of all kinds of wildlife including a chance to catch a rare glimpse of the Bald Eagle in it's natural habitat! Don't forget to stop by M&M Bikes in Sierra Vista and stock up on some extra tubes for the ride.

Directions

Start Point: Ft. Huachuca - Leave through the West Gate and follow Cimarron Road for aprx. 5 miles. Turn left (south) onto AZ83 and follow for aprx. 10 miles to Parker Canyon Lake.
